Rogue One

Friday, June 6–Tuesday, June 10

(2016, 133m) dir Gareth Edwards w/Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Alan Tudyk. Galen Erso (Mads Mikkelsen) is forced to design a superweapon for the Empire but secretly builds a flaw into the plans. Now his daughter, Jyn, (Jones), raised by the paranoid rebel leader Saw Gerrera (brilliantly played by Forest Whitaker), must find a way to steal them. Morally complicated and visually striking, Rogue One is not your run-of-the-mill blockbuster.
