Sean Boyd (Brolin), an ex-NYPD cop who fingered dirty cops in the department, is mistaken for a rich businessman and his daughter is held for ransom. This grimy exploitation rarity was last released in a censored version on VHS and has only been shown on poor 35mm prints since.
