Ladies and Gentlemen, The Fabulous Stains

(1982, 87m) dir Lou Adler w/Diane Lane, Marin Kanter, Laura Dern. The Stains, a fledgling three-piece punk band fronted by Corinne (Lane), may not have much talent, but their onstage antics land them on the rising and cresting wave of fame. Unlike the ruthlessly trimmed-down version for TV audiences, this version is restored from the original 35mm camera negative. New Restoration!

Promotional support for this series has been provided by our soon-to-be Longfellow neighbors at Extreme Noise Records.
