(2024, 83m) dir Jose Prendes w/Eric Roberts, Neeley Dayan, JJ Fech. Recovered footage documents the horror of a group teens who break into the abandoned Simmons House. What begins as a thrill-seeking adventure turns into a nightmare as they discover a dark cult intent on sacrificing them one by one. Written by Scott Ebert (no relation, as far as we can tell), who wrote the Trylon’s top grossing Asylum film of all time… yes, Shark Warning. He also wrote Shark Side of the Moon but we’re not vouching for that one. Or this one, really.
