Fearless

(1993, DCP, 122m) dir Peter Weir w/Jeff Bridges, Isabella Rossellini, Rosie Perez. After surviving a plane crash, Max Klein (Bridges) becomes unattached and unable to connect with anyone who wasn’t part of the event. Perhaps Weir’s most emotionally calculated and effective film.

For Perisphere, Kevin Maher discusses Fearless‘s epiphanies on life and death, and Bob Aulert reviews where it fits in with Weir’s filmography.
