Demonlover in 35mm

(2002, 129m, French, English, Japanese w/English subtitles) dir Olivier Assayas w/Connie Nielsen, Gina Gershon, Chloë Sevigny. Diane (Nielsen) works for VolfGroup, a media conglomerate, and is securing European rights to TokyoAnime, a Japanese company that specializes in animated pornography. Unbeknownst to her, TokyoAnime is also collaborating with demonlover.com, a pirate website that traffics in torture, bondage, and rape. A stylish techno-thriller that digs deep into commercial avarice.
