Birchwood Palace Industries Trunk Sale

Birchwood Palace Industries, the Minneapolis micropress founded by writer and artist Andy Sturdevant, will celebrate its seventh anniversary with a trunk sale at Trylon Cinema’s courtyard on Sunday, September 14, from 12–2 p.m. The event will feature discounted titles from the archive, a communal coney dog bar, and free notary services. Since 2018, Birchwood Palace has published twenty-one works on subjects ranging from playing card divination to shipping container logos. Highlights include Videoland: A Visual Catalog of American Video Store Logos, 1980-1995 (over 1,200 copies sold worldwide), The Nerdonauts: An Unauthorized Transcript of Selected Remarks on Michael Bay’s Armageddon, Recorded Winter 1999 by Ben Affleck, and the new Dead ZIP Codes #1: 40024. Admission is free.
